License your data- What we take
- Operational and non-operational company records: support tickets, maintenance and inspection logs, claims files, work orders, CAD and engineering files, SOPs, manuals and internal documentation.
- Who we take
- Companies across Europe, operating, winding down or in insolvency proceedings, that own the data they want to license.
- What you're paid
- You set the licence price and keep all of it. Listing, rights checks and personal-data removal are free for owners. The buyer pays General Data 3% of the licence value, only when a licence is signed.
- When you're paid
- The buyer funds escrow when the licence is signed. The money is released to you when the buyer accepts delivery.
- Exclusivity
- Non-exclusive by default. You keep the data and license a copy. Exclusive terms only if you choose them.
- Your control
- You approve every buyer and every use, and can exclude any buyer. Nothing is sent before a signed licence.
- Personal data
- Removed at the source by General Data, with our own model, ApplePie, before any sample or file leaves your systems. A buyer only ever sees de-identified data.
- Rights
- We check ownership and lawful basis with you, and every licence ships with a signed record of where the data came from and what the buyer may do with it.
- Data that can't move
- It can stay with you: the buyer's training job runs where the data lives and only the results leave.
