General Data uses the service providers below ("subprocessors") to run the platform. Each is bound by contract to protect personal data and to process it only as needed to provide its service. We update this list when subprocessors change.
Infrastructure and hosting
Railway: application hosting and deployment.
Cloudflare, Inc.: object storage (R2), content delivery and network security.
Database, authentication and storage
Supabase, Inc.: managed Postgres database, authentication and storage.
Payments
Stripe, Inc.: payment processing.
Data processing and AI
Hugging Face, Inc.: hosted model inference used to scan samples and to run the ApplePie API.
OpenRouter: access to language models used to analyze sample evidence.
Resend, Inc.: delivery of transactional email, such as sign-in codes and replies to enquiries.
Background processing
Inngest, Inc.: background job orchestration for sample processing (where enabled).
